OZAK original unit products

Here are various units combining our own products such as single axis slider units, elevating and torque transmission units, and belt drive units.

Standardization allows ordering by model number, which saves time and effort in design and assembly.

【Single Axis Slider Units】

■ Lightweight, low cost, and low noise are achieved by using a linear guide and a super screw
■ The top of the slider is equipped with a stainless steel sheet to prevent foreign matter from entering the main unit
■ Lineup: SU45 x 50, SU85 x 65
■ Brackets for various motors are standardized. Also available with a motor

【Torque Units】

■ This unit has two mechanisms: elevating and torque transmission.
■ MF(Maintenance Free) linear bearings are used for linear guidance, therefore unnecessary grease replenishment.
■ Super screws are used for elevating drive to achieve low noise

【Belt Drive Linear Roller Sliders】

■ Integrated drive type is added to LS series.
■ Easy installation with brackets when using aluminum frames at equipment
■ Each dimension is the same as that of the LS series, therefore they can be used in combination.
■ Please contact us if you request to attach a specific motor

【Multi-axis Units】

■ Can be used both of horizontally and vertically (e.g. X-Y, X-Z)
■ MF linear bearings are used for guiding, and can be choose either super screws or ball screws for drive
■ Please note that necessary a meeting for accommodate customer specifications, such as the plate for holding shafts
